Welcome to Nectis Press. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through nectispress.blog and your use of the products and services offered through this website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital products
Nectis Press primarily sells digital books and related downloadable materials.
A product may include one or more file formats, such as PDF or EPUB. The formats included with a particular purchase are shown on the applicable product page.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
Links to Kindle, paperback, hardcover, or other editions sold by Amazon are provided as separate purchasing options. Purchases made on Amazon are transactions between you and Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s own terms, policies, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Where multiple currencies are available, displayed prices may vary according to the currency selected or made available through the store’s payment system.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to paid digital downloads is granted.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as WooPayments, PayPal, or other providers made available at checkout. Nectis Press does not directly store full payment-card information processed by those providers.
3. Digital delivery and access
After successful payment, download links for purchased digital products will normally be made available through the order confirmation process and may also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Where customer accounts are available, purchased downloads may also be accessible through the customer’s Nectis Press account.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining access to their own devices, email account, and compatible reading software.

4. File compatibility
PDF files can generally be opened using common PDF-reading software.
EPUB files require an EPUB-compatible reading application or device. Compatibility with every device, application, operating system, or third-party reading platform cannot be guaranteed.
Customers should review the formats included with a product before purchasing.
5. License and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase of a Nectis Press digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files.
You may download the files to your own devices and make reasonable copies for your own personal use.
Where a PDF is suitable for printing, you may print pages or a working copy for your own personal use.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content to you.
6. Prohibited use
Digital products purchased from Nectis Press may not be:
- resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or given away as downloadable files;
- posted on file-sharing websites, shared drives, social-media groups, forums, or similar services;
- reproduced commercially;
- modified and sold as another product;
- used to create substantially competing publications or products;
- distributed to other people as a substitute for their purchasing their own copy.

7. Bundles and promotional offers
Nectis Press may offer bundles containing two or more existing products at a discounted combined price.
Bundle discounts apply only when the qualifying products are purchased together through the applicable bundle offer.
If a qualifying product is removed from the bundle before checkout, the bundle discount may no longer apply.
Promotional prices, discounts, bonuses, and bundle offers may be changed or discontinued at any time before an order is completed.
A completed order will be charged according to the price and offer shown and accepted at checkout.
8. Bonus materials
Some direct purchases may include bonus material that is not included with editions available through other retailers.
Any bonus material supplied with a purchase is subject to the same personal-use restrictions as the main purchased product unless otherwise stated.
The availability of promotional bonus material may vary over time.
9. Free samples and promotional downloads
Nectis Press may offer free samples, excerpts, recipes, or other promotional downloads.
Some free materials may be provided in connection with an email subscription. Where marketing emails are involved, the signup form will explain what you are agreeing to receive.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link contained in those emails.
Free samples and promotional materials remain protected by copyright and may not be sold or redistributed without permission.
10. Refunds and problems with digital purchases
Because digital products can normally be accessed immediately after purchase, refund rights differ from those applicable to physical products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If a file is defective, corrupted, missing, or materially different from what was purchased, contact hello@nectispress.blog so the issue can be investigated.
11. Product information
Nectis Press aims to describe its books and digital products accurately.
Images shown on product pages may include book covers, interior previews, sample pages, or promotional mockups. Differences in screen size, device settings, reading software, and printing equipment may affect how digital content appears.
For cookbooks, nutritional information is provided for general informational purposes and may be based on estimates. Actual values can vary according to ingredients, brands, quantities, substitutions, and preparation methods.
Nothing published by Nectis Press should be treated as individualized medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the books, written content, illustrations, photographs, graphics, branding, website content, and downloadable materials published by Nectis Press are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Nectis Press” and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, authorship, or affiliation.
13. Customer accounts
Where account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to access areas of the website for which you do not have permission.
Nectis Press may restrict or terminate access where an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in serious violation of these Terms.
14. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and download services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, payment-service outages, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a temporary technical problem prevents access to a legitimately purchased download, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

This website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon, payment providers, email-service providers, and other platforms.
Those services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

The current version will be published on this page together with its most recent update date.
Changes do not retroactively alter the essential terms of a purchase that was already completed.
