Omg! This book is amazing! I love the format! It is well put together! The pictures are amazing! The recipes sound wonderful! I can’t wait to try them! There are several of them!! They are from different counties! It is a version of a recipe from that country like Mexico. Tacos are one of the most popular dishes there! This book has a black bean taco recipe! I love this cook book and wish they were all like this! Each recipe has three pages. The first describes the dish, lists the ingredients, and has a picture of the dish. The second has step by step instructions with pictures. The third describes the flavor combinations, has nutritional info, and serving suggestions.
